1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MancingDuit. By accessing, registering, or using the services available on this platform, you are legally deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms and Conditions. This document is legally binding between you as the user and MancingDuit as the platform operator.

If you disagree with any point in these terms, we ask that you refrain from using mancingduit's services. Continued use of the platform after any terms update is considered acceptance of the latest applicable version.

2Registration & Account Verification

To fully use MancingDuit's services, you are required to register and create one active account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your ID, an active phone number, a valid email address, and your bank account or e-wallet details registered in your own name.

• Each user is only permitted to have one active account. Creating more than one account for any purpose is strictly prohibited.
• Users must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. MancingDuit reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• The KYC (Know Your Customer) process must be completed before making your first withdrawal.
• Account information that is proven false or misleading will result in account closure and freezing of all balances.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your account.

Mancingduit reserves the right to decline registrations or close existing accounts if any indication of a violation is found, including attempts to register using another person's identity or false information.

3Deposit Policy

Mancingduit accepts deposits via a variety of available payment methods, including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and QRIS. All deposit transactions are processed automatically and are generally credited to your account balance shortly after payment is confirmed.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply in accordance with current policy and are subject to change at any time.
• Funds deposited must only come from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the name of the mancingduit account holder.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned after deducting the applicable administrative fee.
• Mancingduit is not responsible for delays caused by disruptions to banking systems or third-party payment service providers.

4Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals on MancingDuit are processed quickly and securely. However, certain requirements must be met before a withdrawal request can be approved and executed.

• Identity verification (KYC) must be 100% complete before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the MancingDuit account.
• If your account balance contains bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement, that portion cannot be withdrawn until the rollover conditions are fulfilled.
• Mancingduit reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawals to ensure transaction security.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally completed within 3–15 minutes for supported payment methods.

5Bonus & Promotions

Mancingduit offers a variety of attractive bonus and promotion programs for both new and active members. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be understood before claiming.

• All bonuses are subject to rollover (turnover) that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable balance.
• Bonuses are only valid for accounts that have made a deposit meeting the minimum requirement specified in each promotion.
• Each promotion can only be claimed once per account, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Mancingduit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional program at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including bonus arbitrage or inter-account cooperation to exploit promotions unfairly, will result in bonus cancellation and account penalties.
• Bonuses awarded cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash outside of the applicable terms.

6Game Rules & Betting

The MancingDuit platform offers a wide variety of games including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, and Fish Shooting Games. Each game category has specific rules that players must understand before getting started.

• Game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system that is audited regularly to ensure fairness.
• The final decision on disputed bet outcomes rests with mancingduit and is binding.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in documented cases of technical disruption.
• Mancingduit reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets related to system errors or inaccurate information.
• The use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.

7Account Security

Account security is a shared responsibility. mancingduit provides best-in-class security infrastructure, but you also have an obligation to keep your account information confidential.

• Never share your password, OTP code, or account login details with anyone, including anyone claiming to be mancingduit staff.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security on your account.
• Contact the CS team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Mancingduit is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login information confidential.

8Responsible Gaming

Mancingduit is committed to fostering a healthy and responsible gaming culture. We provide a range of self-exclusion and restriction features that members can use at any time.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• A temporary cooling-off feature is available for members who feel they need a break from gaming activity.
• A self-exclusion program is available for periods ranging from 1 month to permanent for those who need it.
• Gaming should be treated as entertainment, not a primary source of income. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Mancingduit reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account at any time if a violation of the applicable terms and conditions is found. Situations that may trigger account closure include:

• Found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Ownership of more than one active account has been detected.
• Suspected of engaging in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
• Systematic abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
• Inappropriate behavior toward other users or MancingDuit staff.

Users may also voluntarily close their own account by contacting the CS team. Any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned once the verification process is complete.

10Changes to Terms

Mancingduit reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational needs and applicable regulations. Any significant changes will be communicated via in-platform notifications or to your registered email address.

Updates to the terms are considered effective immediately upon publication on this page, unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the platform after changes are published is considered acceptance of the new terms.
